What's new:
- The 2.1 program is compatible with the new compensation plan,
which includes new terms such as PV, PGV, and OGV
- Since PV now stands for personal purchase plus customer purchases,
the new program back calculates Personal Purchases (PP) for each
person
- All the reports have been updated with new and relevant information
- New Personally Enrolled field added for each person (which
you can do a FIND on), and to the reports
- The graph in Standard View and the History Report reflects
levels 1-5 and OGV which is more relevant to the new compensation

Free Users (Demo Mode):
The YL Family DB Program is available FREE to everyone with
less than 50 people in their downline group.
To use the program in free (DEMO) mode, download the program
and when it asks you for your registration code, it will also
give you the option of using the program in DEMO mode. Click
the DEMO button and continue.
If you have more than 50 people, and you would like
to "test drive" the program, you can use it in free
(DEMO) mode, and it will read in the first 50 records of your
downline data file, allowing you to evaluate the program before
purchasing.
Once your group is over 50 people, you can choose to order
the program and upgrade with a registration code to be able to
read in all records of your downline data file and see the rest
of your information.

Upgrade Instructions:
If you have a version of the YL Family program prior to 2.0,
you will have to purchase a new program. See order form.
We no longer offer support for versions prior to 2.0.1.
In order to upgrade your 2.0.1 program to the new 2.1 version,
you must be able to locate the file folder containing the current
version of the program, YL FamilyDB Notes and YL Family DB History.
Using a short cut on your desktop will not work because you
will need to locate the actual files folder, which is probably
in your My Documents folder (PC) or on your Desktop (MAC).
To upgrade to the new program, download the installer of the new version,
(click here) and follow the directions.
You will be prompted through the upgrading process after you have
entered your new registration code.

- Users must be able to retrieve a data file from Young Living,
either from an email or from their website, and move it into
the Downline Data Storage folder that is found in the same folder
as the program.

Special Alert: Many of you,
at sometime, have run into the message that your file needs to
be "Recovered." This is due to some kind of crash,
computer shutdown while YL Family DB is running, or you just
